For my doula services an additional contract is written for each individual client.
If you have booked onto a Daisy Birthing class or workshop the terms and conditions (which you agreed when you made your booking at the Daisy Foundation website) can be found here for your reference.
DOULA ON CALL: I am also a Birth Doula and support couples at the birth of their baby. This work is so important to women and families, and means that I can be on call for a period of 4 weeks. During this time I have to be available to attend a birth at quite short notice. If I am on call during a term you are booked on I will let you know when I go on call. Any class that needs to be cancelled will, wherever possible, be rescheduled. If this is not possible a refund will be offered or a transfer of the missed class to a future term.
